As your day grows closer you start to realize there are a few things that you are still needing help with and you just need another set of hands to help assist with vendor selection, design aspects, whatever it may be. This is our most popular package because you are getting a little bit of everything!

  • Review of vendor contracts

  • Unlimited support through phone calls and emails

  • Assistance with a maximum of three vendor selections

  • Budget Creation

  • Attendance at a maximum of four vendor meetings

  • Creation of detailed vendor timeline

  • Point of contact for vendors prior to wedding day

  • Attendance at final walkthrough

  • Attendance and coordination of ceremony rehearsal

  • Day of coordination (with assistant) for the entire day, no time max

  • Set up and tear down of all personal items
